Refund policy

We guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of our products and that your product will be personalized as you ordered it, if for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, we will refund your order within 60 days of purchase.  Products come with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use – excludes damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.  

All sales are final on personalized products.
